What Else Do I Do?

Are you a foreign language speaker who wants to sing better in English? As a pronunciation expert and singer myself, I am uniquely qualified to help you improve both your pronunciation of English lyrics, and how sing them with natural flow and phrasing. There are two parts to this training. The first is to build a foundation of physical technique that will enable you to pronounce your lyrics clearly and comfortably.  For this we will use my original songs designed to teach the mouth shapes and sounds for every vowel and consonant, how to connect words smoothly, and how to sing with a natural rhythmic groove. You will learn to add all necessary pronunciation notes to your lyrics, including IPA, connection and rhythm marks.

The second part is to apply these skills to your own songs. As your technique improves and you begin to develop new muscle memory, you will be able to focus more on your own expressive feeling and personal interpretation of any song you choose to sing.

Listen to a few samples of the a cappella songs I composed to learn and practice English singing pronunciation technique. Contact me if you're interested in this private coaching.
